Release your music in Uganda.

Music made in Uganda runs through Ugandan afropop and kidandali, dancehall-influenced pop, gospel and hip hop. Kampala studios drive most commercial output. Recording happens mostly in Luganda, English and Swahili, and titles appear in the Latin alphabet. For metadata, keep the artist name spelled one way across every release, leave accented characters intact rather than stripping them, and set the title language tag to the language actually sung.
The currency in use is Ugandan shilling (UGX). Earnings are reported in the currency the platform pays out in rather than in each local currency, so the rate between reporting and withdrawal matters when planning. Most listening happens through YouTube, FM radio and club and event circuits. Which stores and platforms a release reaches in this territory varies and is subject to current availability, eligibility and platform rules.
