After acceptance

You are in. Here is what happens next.

Six steps between your acceptance email and your first release going live. None of them needs a phone call.

The six steps

1

You sign the agreement. It arrives by email as a link with your name on it. Read it in full before you sign — it sets out the scope and term of the rights, how either side ends it, and the revenue split. If it does not suit you, do not sign. Nothing is owed either way. The agreement only takes effect once step 2 is complete.

2

We verify your identity. One official identity document and a face match, so that nobody can take your catalogue by claiming to be you. The email that asks for it says exactly what is checked, what is kept and for how long — and we do not keep a copy of your document once the check is done. If you would rather not go through with it, the agreement never takes effect and nothing is owed either way.

3

We create your account and send your login link. Your dashboard is at portal.mazufa.com and it is yours alone.

4

You paste your channel and profile links. We pull your existing catalogue across instead of you re-uploading every track by hand.

5

If you had a distributor before us, tell us who. They have to release your recordings before anyone else can deliver them — that step is theirs, not ours, and we coordinate it with you rather than leaving you to chase it alone.

6

Your first release goes through a content check before delivery. We look at the audio, the metadata and the rights declaration. That check protects you as much as it protects us.

What we will ask you for

Proof of who you are

One official identity document and a face match, asked for after you sign and before your account opens. It is what stands between your catalogue and anyone who decides to be you. The document is never stored alongside your application, and no copy of it is kept once the check is done.

Proof you control the catalogue

Proof that the music is yours to distribute — a separate thing from proof of who you are. The fastest version: publish a short code we give you in your channel description, then remove it. One minute, and nothing can forge it.

Details spelled the way the stores already have them

Your artist name has to match your existing profiles exactly. One different character creates a second artist page, and merging them afterwards is slow.

An honest rights declaration on every release

Samples, features, covers, and anything generated with AI. The stores now require this. Declaring it costs you nothing; missing it can take a release down.

If anything stalls, reply to any email we have sent you. It reaches our team, not a closed inbox.
